Hot water and Papaya smoothie with lemon is her breakfast. She used to take juices like Aloe vera, Pomegranate, Amla, Cucumber, Beetroot, etc. Later, she goes with milk tea with brown sugar and 2 eggs. For meals, she used to take brown rice, brown pasta or brown bread and for evening snacks she takes a cup of tea, brown toast with two eggs. She completes her dinner with Salad, Soup, Stir-fried veggies, or Paneer at least 3 hours before going to bed.

Many people think that ghee increases fat in the body but don’t realize how good and essential it is. Shilpa Shetty’s diet comprises 2 TBSP of ghee in a day which has nutritional values. Besides diet, Shilpa’s yoga and exercise plays important role in her wellness.
