Jeera Water for Weight Loss

Easier said than done! Weight loss is the most popular word people often use but failed to achieve. It needs a lot of efforts, consistency, and patience to lose and manage the weight. But here is the easiest thing that you can do every day to lose weight (healthily). There is no need to spend tons of bucks or you have to go nowhere to find this spice (Cumin seeds or Jeera). Jeera is readily available in every kitchen as it is often used in making different dishes.
Though there are many benefits of Jeera, it is well-known for weight loss as many researchers already proved it by experimenting on 87% of obese women. One can consume Jeera in different ways and we are going to explain the most effective ways here. Check it!

Jeera Water (Recipe 1):

This is a simple recipe that anyone can follow easily and it should be done and consumed every day to see considerable results. Let’s know the ingredients and process.

Ingredients:

Jeera (Cumin seeds) – 2 TSP
Water – 1 ½ cup

Procedure:

1. Take 2 TSP of Jeera and soak them in 1 ½ cup of water overnight.
2. Boil it till water comes to 1 cup.
3. Strain it and drink it on an empty stomach.

Jeera Water (Recipe 2):

Sometimes, we may forget to soak Jeera in water overnight but there is no need to miss drinking your weight loss drink. Just follow the second recipe with Jeera.

Ingredients:

Jeera – 2 TSP
Water – 1 ½ cup
Lemon – ½

Procedure:

1. Add 2 TSP of Jeera to 1 ½ cup of water.
2. Now, boil it till the water becomes 1 cup.
3. Add ½ lemon to the water.
4. Mix it and drink.
5. Follow this for at least 3 weeks to see the difference
Note: You can also eat 2 TSP of Jeera on an empty stomach if you cannot go with the process daily but the results will be seen late.
